2. Scope of Service
Our service includes custom website design, development, copywriting guidance, and deployment. The specific deliverables for each project are agreed upon during the onboarding process. Any additional features, pages, or functionality outside the original scope may require a separate agreement. We also offer optional ongoing support and maintenance partnerships for clients who want continued assistance after launch.
3. What We Need From You
To deliver the best possible result, we require timely communication and feedback throughout the project. This includes providing brand assets (logos, colours, imagery), access to any existing hosting or domain accounts if applicable, and prompt responses to questions and revision requests. Delays in providing required materials may impact the project timeline.
4. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the website or the service provided, you are entitled to a full refund of the project fee. To exercise the guarantee, you must notify us in writing. Upon issuing a refund, the website and all associated design assets remain the property of Beckett Automation and will not be transferred to the client. The guarantee applies to the project fee only and does not cover third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, or stock imagery purchased on behalf of the client.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website and its custom design elements transfers to the client, unless the money-back guarantee is exercised. Any third-party tools, frameworks, or licensed assets used during development remain subject to their respective licence terms.

Beckett Automation will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. We are not responsible for results, revenue, or business outcomes generated (or not generated) by the website after delivery.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
